Trip Orientation
March 1
10:00AM and 1:00PM
Thursday, April 24
This morning we gather at the airport in Salt Lake City and fly
to Kansas City, Missouri.
Friday, April 25
After visiting Liberty Jail and the newly remodeled visitor's
center Independence, we travel to Branson for a two night stay.
This evening we enjoy Shoji.
Saturday, April 26
This morning we attend a show with the Twelve Irish Tenors. This
evening we board the Branson Belle for dinner and entertainment.
Sunday, April 27
We finish our time in Branson with attending church before traveling
to the Precious Moments Chapel, then down to Oklahoma City in
preparation for our first temple session of the trip.
Monday, April 28
We visit sites in the Oklahoma City area today, including the
memorial for the Oklahoma City bombing. This afternoon we visit
the National Cowboy and Western Museum.
Tuesday, April 29
We attend a session at the Oklahoma City Temple this morning.
After lunch we travel into Texas, spending our afternoon in a
session at the Dallas Temple.
Wednesday, April 30
Today we travel to San Antonio, where we attend the San Antonio
Temple and experience the ambiance of the River Walk.
Thursday, May 1
This morning we visit a place that I have always wanted to go,
The Alamo. After our time here, we travel to Houston to prepare
for the last temple session of our trip.
Friday, May 2
We experience a session at the Houston Temple this morning. We
then check out of our hotel, and stop for lunch before arriving
at the airport for our flight back to Salt Lake City.
Price of $1,400 each based on double occupancy
includes air, bus transportation, hotels, two meals per day and
Branson shows and other entrance fees.
